Commencing with an investigation into the circumstances of how the injury occurred, through to the rehabilitation and return to work of the injured employee with an appropriate return to work plan.

This process is implemented in consultation with the employee’s treating Doctor, the employer and the insurer.

Recommendations are made to the employer with regard to risk management in the form of an investigation report and interventions to prevent further injuries.

The Clinical consultant at Hypersafe is familiar with all aspects of injury and risk management, Workcover requirements and is a qualified RN Div.1 with extensive acute care and Accident and emergency experience. She has also worked in many other industries outside the health care system, and is therefore able to apply the principles of return to work and a safe working environment to a variety of workplaces.

The Principal consultant is an OH&S specialist who has wide ranging experience with all aspects of workplace safety and risk management. He has an expert knowledge of OH&S legal requirements in respect to employer compliance, claim mitigation and is a registered QAS/QSA auditor.
